Why the medical system in QLD is

 So Frustrating. IF you know me else where, you will know,  have chronic health issues along with my YD, Only connecting fact, is being "fat". Yesterdays appointment, she was asked if you went to her 8.00am ultrasound on her heart. YD like what appointment, they not only sent it to the wrong, number, which she as changed there 3 times, in 8 months. The pretty much said, it was her fault, and they made a new appointment for a weeks time. Which she got the text for, this time. But the comment was, We have just made this appointment for you. 

You will under stand why, i mention that comment. Getting home, we get a hospital snail mail, for a said ultra sound on her heart, for the very time, the supposedly new, text message, they said they only just done. 

But was dated the 21 May a week ago. Anyone see the problem here???

Cause heck yeh I do. So who screws up that big?? And its big. Then blames the patient for their staffs ADMIN sklls.
